OVERVIEW

Welcome to Arise Middle School Ministry (6-8th grade) and Arise High School Ministry 9-12th grade)! We desire to help students grow in intimacy with Jesus and others in community.

Our vision is to partner with parents to invest and walk alongside this generation in their journey to discover who God created them to be and what He has called them to do.

We will accomplish this by:

  • Giving all young people who come through our doors the opportunity to know and understand the Gospel and to enter into an active relationship with Jesus.

  • Creating a fun, intimate, and loving environment where youth can experience the love of God and love for others.

  • Partnering with parents to equip their children with tools they need to develop an identity firmly rooted in Jesus Christ.

YOUR VISIT

Sunday Program (Awaken & Arise*): 10-11:30 AM at the Sunnyvale Community Center

*If high schoolers prefer to worship with their families in the main service, they are welcome!

  • Monthly Friday Fellowship

SAFETY

Safety is a top priority. To ensure the safety of every student, every volunteer has undergone a background check via Checkr and reference check, training, and an interview with the Overseer. We desire Renewal Youth to be not only a physically safe place, but an emotionally and spiritually safe haven as well. We commit to speaking to your children with the love of Jesus while they are in our care!

  • One-on-Ones: Meetings and/or communication with a same gender small group leader are encouraged in order to build up relationship. This will always be with the parents’ permission and awareness.

  • Stranger Danger: Our volunteers are trained to not allow unauthorized individuals access to the students while in class.
