CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
To create a safe & secure environment for all families, check-in every child at our check-in table via Planning Center.

1. Find any available check-in device to print name tags.
2. Place name-tag on back of child. Please keep parent label for pick-up.
3. Walk your child(ren) to their respective classrooms.
4. Say hello to our coordinators/teachers, and drop off your child! 

PICK-UP PROCEDURE
1. Pick up your child immediately after service. Pick up location is the same as drop-off.
2. Must present parent label to pick-up your child in their respective rooms.
For security reasons, your child will not be permitted to leave without a matching label.

In case of an emergency, we will send you a text (Toddler room - we will page you). Please make sure your phone is with you and on vibrate during the worship service.

TEAM STANDARDS
All Renewal Kids team members are carefully screened and trained. Everyone must complete an application, pass a background and reference check and attend regularly scheduled trainings. All Renewal Kids team members are inducted members of Renewal Church.

FIRST TIME VISITORS
Visit our Kids Check-in table in the lobby. A team member will assist you in completing a New Family Registration Form. Then, our welcome team will print appropriate labels and walk your family to the child’s respective rooms.
